TORREFAZIONE OSELLADORE CAFFE'. Espresso Italiano

Era il 1963, in un piccolo paese della Provincia di Vicenza: Schiavon.

Qui comincia la storia della Oselladore Caffè.

E’ Silvano Oselladore il fondatore che, spinto dalla passione del caffè italiano e dal desiderio di realizzarsi “in proprio”, inizia a dar vita a quella che sarà l’ attività di torrefazione. Rientrato in Italia da emigrante in Canada, dove aveva gestito la sua prima “caffetteria italiana”, troverà completamento del suo sogno proprio nella preparazione di pregiate miscele dall’ aroma inconfondibile.

Nel 1966 l’Azienda si sposta a Rossano Veneto. Inizialmente si trattava di una piccola torrefazione con rivendita denominata “Casa del Caffè”.

Nel 1969, l’attività fu trasferita nella centrale via Roma, Rossano Veneto, attuale sede dell’azienda.

Le migliori qualità di caffè crudo, la tostatura e la preparazione delle varie miscele, unite a studio e passione hanno dato vita ad un prodotto eccellente che potesse accompagnare il vivere quotidiano di ognuno di noi.

Negli anni di attività l’azienda ha consolidato numerosi punti vendita, sia al dettaglio che presso bar, ristoranti e alberghi.

Dal 1986, il mercato è stato ampliato con lo sviluppo di un’ulteriore ramo d’azienda, dedicato all’omaggistica aziendale, proponendo uno svariato assortimento di confezioni eno-gastronomiche dove il caffè trova il suo ideale inserimento.

Sarà sempre Silvano a trasmettere con maestria l’arte della torrefazione ai figli Paolo e Alessandro che insieme trasformano e sviluppano l’attività.

L’applicazione delle più moderne tecnologie, unite all’ esperienza della tradizione artigiana, hanno permesso di ottenere un caffè d’alta qualità dal gusto inconfondibile.

Dal 2014 la selezione delle miscele di caffè viene ampliata con la nuova linea di caffè biologico per rispondere anche alle esigenze dei consumatori più attenti.

Lo sviluppo commerciale, conseguito con grande impegno negli ultimi anni, ha contribuito a far apprezzare in numerosi paesi l’ autentica cultura italiana nella preparazione del caffè espresso.

 

From the origins to our time Tradition and innovation

It was 1963, in Schiavon, a little village in the province of Vicenza …

...there the story of Oselladore Caffe` began.

Its founder, Silvano Oselladore, driven by his passion for Italian coffee and by his wish to create his own company, started the activity of the family roasting plant. He had returned to Italy after a few years spent in Canada where he had managed his first “Italian Cafeteria” but it was precisely here, in the preparation of precious and unmistakable blends, that he finally realized his dream.

In 1966 the company moved to Rossano Veneto. Initially it was a small roasting plant with a shop called “Casa del Caffe`” (Coffee House).

In 1969, the company moved to via Roma, in the town centre, where it still is today.

The best qualities of raw coffee, the roasting and the preparation of the various blends, together with research and passion have created an excellent product which is a true companion of our daily life.

During the past years Oselladore Caffe` has opened many retail selling points as well as selling to bars, restaurants and hotels.

Since 1986 the company began expanding its activity, branching out in the preparation of gifts, food and wine hampers where coffee finds its ideal home.

Silvano passed his craft in the art of coffee roasting down to his sons Paolo and Alessandro who together transformed and developed the company even further.

The use of the most modern technologies combined with the experience of artisan tradition has obtained a coffee of the highest quality and unique aroma.

From 2014 the range of coffee blends will be expanded with the introduction of a new range of organic coffee in order to respond to the needs of the most demanding customers.

The commercial development that the company has accomplished over years of commitment has contributed to the appreciation in many countries of the authentic Italian culture in the preparation of espresso coffee.
